Electrical Commissioning Superintendent

• Lead and oversee all electrical commissioning activities.
• Supervise MV/HV system testing, loop checks, continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, functional tests and relay settings.
• Manage system energization and ensure safe power-up.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and resource challenges.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, NEC, ATEX and project standards.
• Maintain accurate commissioning records, test reports, punch lists and handover documentation.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective resolution of electrical issues.
• Monitor progress, manage resources and ensure adherence to project schedule and milestones.
• Promote HSE culture and ensure all activities are executed safely.

• Demonstrate personal commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
• Comply with and promote HSE policies and procedures.
• Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Power or EPC projects.
• At least 8 years in a Commissioning Leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of MV & HV systems, switchgear, transformers, motors, generators and protection systems.
• Experience with commissioning platforms such as ICAPS, OPERCOM or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
